RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend shifts in Murfreesboro, TN. This part-time, onsite role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs through patient-centered nursing care and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The LPN will assist with medication administration, health monitoring, and health education for unlicensed staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while promoting

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Must communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, people supported and families.
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist RN in delivering nursing services to persons supported.
• Administer medications and treatments or assist with medication administration.
• Support with preventative and routine medical appointments and assessments.
• Collect health data and observe for abnormal findings; report to physician.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and the Interdisciplinary Team.

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
