Job summary

Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic, part of Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA), seeks an LPN or RN to assist physicians, take vitals, and prepare patients for examinations. You will help obtain lab reports and triage to maintain efficient departmental flow.

Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN/RN program and an active license; 2 years' experience is preferred but not required. MANA offers comprehensive benefits and team-based care.

• Graduation certificate from accredited LPN or RN program.
• Active LPN or RN license.
• 2 years’ experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician and ensure maximum efficiency; take vitals and room patients as needed.
• Set up for procedures and examinations; obtain lab tests and reports for physician review.
• Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow and revise daily schedules.
• Review after-visit summaries with patients when appropriate.
• Coordinate care with hospitals, ER, consultants and community resources.

• Optimizes care coordination with; hospitals, emergency room, consulting physicians, and community resources as needed
• Develops workflow to ensure smooth transition of care for patients treated in facility by a specialty position or other healthcare provider
• Reviews after visit summary with patients when appropriate
• Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow
