MANA Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a licensed nurse to assist physicians, take vitals, room patients, and prepare for procedures in a busy Fayetteville clinic.

The role involves coordinating care with hospitals and specialists, triaging patients, and reviewing post-visit summaries with patients to ensure efficient, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Ensures pre-visit planning workflow is completed prior to visit, whenever possible
• Optimizes care coordination with; hospitals, emergency room, consulting physicians, and community resources as needed
• Develops workflow to ensure smooth transition of care for patients treated in facility by a specialty position or other healthcare provider
• Reviews after visit summary with patients when appropriate
• Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow

Qualifications:

• Graduation certificate from accredited LPN or RN school of nursing
• Active LPN or RN License
• 2 years’ experience preferred, but not required
