Job summary

Healthy Connections is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or an experienced Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our Conway Clinic. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek and a strong work-life balance in a mission-driven outpatient setting.

You will support providers with primary care tasks, administer medications, document vitals, maintain clean, safe patient spaces, and manage patient records in the EHR system, while collaborating with a caring team across Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Active certification as LPN or RMA.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart or Red Cross).
• Experience in a busy outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support providers in delivering primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.
• Administer medications, document vitals, and assist with exams and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.

What You’ll Do

• Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working in a busy outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting required.
