Job summary

Healthy Connections in Mena, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our outpatient clinic team. This full-time position offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends, focusing on high-quality primary care across all ages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.
• Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures.
• Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.
