Job summary

Belle Terrace is now hiring full-time LPNs for 11pm-7am shifts with shift differentials. Open FT/PT positions, earn up to $35/hr and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Join a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality resident care.

As an LPN, you will administer treatments and medications, supervise direct care staff, and ensure that flow of care aligns with the resident plan of care and facility policies. PA license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Certificate/Licenses: Current, active PA LPN license; CPR certification required.
• Work Experience: 1 year in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents for the assigned unit per shift.
• Administer treatments and medications.
• Organize and supervise direct care staff and ensure care flow per resident plan of care.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing services delivered to assigned residents of a designated unit for one shift. The LPN Nurse provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with staff competency and each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care. The LPN supervises direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs during shifts concerning scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures. The Licensed Practical Nurse also ensures that “Flow of Care” is followed

Job Requirements:

Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

Certificate/Licenses: Current, active license as Licensed Practical Nurse in PA. Active CPR Certification required.

Work Experience: One year experience providing direct care to residents in long term care setting preferred but not required.
