Job summary

Sunflower Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight leadership at Elmore Assisted Living in Elmore, MN. This part-time night position offers $30–$40 per hour and a chance to lead the shift while ensuring safe, high-quality care.

You will oversee overnight health and safety, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with caregivers to support residents and families. Experience in memory care or assisted living is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight hours.

• Provide overnight oversight of resident health, safety, and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team.
• Help create a calm, welcoming, and secure environment during the night.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during overnight hours.
