Job summary

Sunflower Communities is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead overnight care at Elmore Assisted Living in Minnesota. You will provide overnight oversight of resident health, administer medications, monitor changes, and document care while coordinating with caregivers and families.

The role requires an active Minnesota LPN license, experience in assisted living or related settings, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight oversight of resident health, safety, and well-being.

Position: Part-Time Nights

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour
