Job summary

Sunflower Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight coverage at Elmore Assisted Living in MN. This part-time night position offers a $30–$40 hourly rate and a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with autonomy to lead the shift and directly impact resident care through the night.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, complete documentation, and collaborate with families and the care team to maintain safety and comfort for each resident.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight oversight of resident health, safety, and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and intervene appropriately.
• Complete assessments, charting, and documentation.

Position: Part-Time Nights

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN
