Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program in the practicing state.
• Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (not required).
• Current BLS/CPR certification as mandated by the state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members.
• Document medication administration and changes in patient condition.
• Supervise staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Use nursing equipment and supplies appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
