Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Blue Springs, MO, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Formación

• Active Missouri LPN license – required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident care as an LPN on night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Accurately document nursing care in the EMR.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies.
