Arden Courts Westlake is hiring a PRN LPN

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisor duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel, coordinates care delivery, and ensures residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

• Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia preferred
• License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
• Push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation
