Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care West Orange is hiring a PRN LPN
This position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties over caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and legal guidelines.

Pay range: $31.45 to $36 per hour, depending on experience.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of upper and lower extremities for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation.
