Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Parma is hiring a PRN LPN

This position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties over caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing staff to deliver care, coordinates care delivery within scope of practice, and ensures resident needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

• Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must communicate effectively in English.
• Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia preferred.
• License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of upper and lower extremity motor skills.
