Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities in Lexington is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-hour night shift (7PM–7AM) to support residents with Alzheimer’s and memory care needs. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care in a secure environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in the applicable state and CPR certification, are able to lift up to 50 lbs, and can stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff
• Provide stellar resident care as per each resident’s care plan
• Make resident safety a daily priority
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs
