Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Memory Care unit on the 3rd shift. You will support residents with daily living, administer medications per care plans, and collaborate with a compassionate team to maintain safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, record, and monitor resident health and concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.

We are looking for:

LPNs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, LPNs participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a LPN can include:
