Morning Pointe Senior Living in Lexington, KY is seeking an LPN for overnight memory care assignments. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and coordinating with a supportive caregiving team to ensure residents receive high-quality daily living assistance.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, CPR certification, and are comfortable with overnight shifts. The position emphasizes safety, dignity, and a warm, respectful environment for seniors with memory care

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
