Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Assisted Living community, 2nd shift. You will support daily resident needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team to maintain a high quality of life in a compassionate environment.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license in the state, have CPR certification, and demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required or current within validity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff as needed.
• Provide stellar resident care per each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continuously assess, document, and monitor resident health.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
