Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Wytheville, Virginia. This full-time position offers night shifts and rotating weekends. You will provide direct patient care while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing significantly to patient health and safety.

Twenty‑Five bed Med‑Surg, reasonable 1:5 nurse‑to‑patient ratio with a supportive manager that prioritizes patient safety and positive outcomes. Mixture of acute care, therefore having the ability to have experiences in Telemetry, occasional Pediatrics, Medical and Surgical with opportunity for growth.

Preceptor programs for new nurses to help with transition into Med‑Surg and opportunities for learning/professional development such as charge nurse, preceptor, and clinical ladder program. Flexibility with self‑scheduling that allows for continuing education or balance between work and personal life.
