Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago is seeking an LVN/LPN for the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. This full-time, day-shift role offers a competitive hourly wage and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the telemetry setting.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.3. IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.5.
