Healthy Connections in Mena, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our outpatient clinic team. This full-time position offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends, focusing on high-quality primary care across all ages.

You will support providers, manage vital signs, document in EHR, and help families navigate care. A current LPN/LVN or RMA certification and BLS are required; prior outpatient experience and proficiency with MS Office and

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN or RMA certification is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart or Red Cross).
• Experience in a busy outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or professional development.

Responsabilités

• Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.
• Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures.
• Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.
• Educate patients and families while supporting care coordination and follow-up.
• Serve as a connector between patients, providers, and support resources to enhance care outcomes.
• Occasionally participate in staff training, meetings, and patient outreach activities.
