Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license required.
• Ability to perform nursing procedures within scope and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient histories, vital signs, medication information, symptoms, and other clinical data and communicate significant findings to the supervising clinician.
• Administer medications, immunizations, treatments, and routine nursing interventions as authorized by applicable law, organizational policy, and the assigned plan of care.
• Prepare patients, examination rooms, instruments, and supplies for clinical visits, tests, and procedures.
• Perform approved clinical procedures, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, wound care, and other nursing activities within the licensed scope of practice.
• Reinforce provider instructions and educate patients and caregivers about medications, treatments, follow-up care, preventive services, and when to seek additional medical attention.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, communications, and care activities accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
• Identify changes in patient condition, safety concerns, abnormal findings, or matters outside established protocols and escalate them to the appropriate licensed clinician.

Job Description Summary

Provides licensed nursing care to patients in an ambulatory, clinic, or other care delivery setting under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Collects clinical information, administers medications and treatments, supports examinations and procedures, provides patient education, and documents care according to established nursing protocols and scope-of-practice requirements.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) delivers patient care within established protocols under close supervision by more senior clinical staff, escalating anything that falls outside defined parameters. Decisions follow established clinical guidelines and are reviewed routinely. Applies broad foundational clinical knowledge to defined assignments while building hands-on proficiency in the discipline.

Compensation Range: $22.99 to $34.49 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
