WorkFit Medical, LLC in Mount Morris, NY seeks a compassionate LPN to join our long-term care team. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patients, wound care, IV therapy, ADLs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff.

This on-site position requires current LPN license, CPR/BLS, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, every other weekend, and four shifts per week.

Competenze

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and every other weekend as required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.

Pay Rate: $35+/hr

Evenings (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend and 4 shifts a week required
