Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Local Traveler

Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address with mileage reimbursement and shift differentials including weekend and evening/night shifts. This PRN position requires at least 24 hours per month and one weekend rotation per month. A minimum of 3 months of experience in Long Term Care is required, with 6 months preferred. Active MN LPN Licensure is mandatory.

The LPN provides professional nursing care under supervision, demonstrating competency in clinical assessments, medication administration, and resident support. Must possess knowledge of nursing principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, administering treatments, documenting care, and counseling residents and families as directed.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current unencumbered LPN license, and relevant clinical experience. Additional skills such as IV therapy may be required based on the state and specific role.
