This role involves traveling locally within a 150-mile radius to provide quality care across various GSS locations. It offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your home address
• Provide resident care, including medication administration and treatments
• Assess residents and respond effectively to emergent situations
• Document interactions and outcomes related to resident care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with residents and families
• Perform testing and evaluate data reflective of residents' status

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred
• Current unencumbered LPN license; multi-state licensure preferred
• Minimum of 3 months experience in Long Term Care; 6 months preferred
• Additional skills such as IV therapy may be required depending on the state
