Job summary

Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, NV is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) IV Certified for weekends on the Night/Nocturnal shift. This part-time role offers weekend NOC coverage with IV competency required to administer care.

You will join a collaborative nursing team, ensure IV therapy and medications are delivered safely, monitor residents, document care, and support discharge planning with the RN and physicians.

Qualifications

• IV certification is required.
• Active Nevada LPN license is required to practice.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and fluids and maintain IV sites per physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN and physician.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes.
• Keep accurate, confidential resident records.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team on each resident's care plan.
• Explain care and treatments to residents and their families.

Pay: $35.00–$39.00 per hour, based on experience.
