TLC Care Center in Henderson, NV is seeking compassionate LPNs for PRN positions. You’ll provide nursing care, administer medications, and work with RN, CNAs to support residents.

Current NV LPN license and CPR/BLS required; LTC/SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome. We offer competitive pay ($29–$34.66/hr) with shift differentials, same-day pay, generous benefits, tuition reimbursement, and strong mentorship. • Assist with resident comfort and monitor clinical status.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all regulations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in NV
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
