LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care and support assessments, planning, and evaluation of care. You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams in a Magnet-designated facility emphasizing safety, learning, and community health outcomes.

You will educate patients and families, assist with discharge planning, and promote safety and satisfaction within a diverse care environment.

Qualifications
