Role Overview:

Participate in unit-based decision‑making, mentor new staff, and support discharge planning.

Additional Information:

Work hours typically span early mornings to early evenings, every other weekend and holiday. The role provides opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and participation in shared governance. Candidates may work under a Temporary Practice Permit until obtaining NCLEX certification.
