TheKey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty/home care in Delray/Boynton, FL and surrounding areas. You will provide personalized 1-on-1 nursing care in clients' homes, administering medications, wound care, and health education while maintaining detailed clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license required or in process
• Current BLS certification required
• Florida IV Therapy certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Qualifications

• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.


• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
