TheKey is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for private-duty in-home senior care across Delray/Boynton and surrounding areas in Florida. You will provide one-on-one nursing support, administer medications, and perform wound care within the LPN scope, ensuring safe, compassionate patient care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida LPN license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Florida IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide skilled clinical interventions within the Florida LPN scope of practice.
• Assist clients and families with health education, routine nursing support and compassionate guidance.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation according to agency policy.
• Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, interdisciplinary teams, and local management regarding changes in client condition.
