You will deliver one-on-one nursing, administer medications, and support families with education, with flexible day/evening shifts and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida LPN license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background/background screening via Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring per client care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide nursing interventions per Florida LPN scope.
• Assist clients and families with health education and routine nursing support.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation per agency policy.
• Communicate with supervising RNs and local management about client condition changes.
