TheKey is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private-duty in-home care in Boca Raton and surrounding areas. Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing, medications, wound care, and education to clients in their homes, with flexible day/evening shifts and per diem options.

Formación

• Active Florida LPN license.
• BLS Certification.
• Willingness to obtain Florida IV Therapy Certification.
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment and reliability.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide skilled clinical interventions within the Florida LPN scope of practice.
• Assist clients and families with health education, routine nursing support, and compassionate guidance.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation according to agency policy.
• Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, interdisciplinary teams, and local management regarding changes in client condition.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Active BLS Certification.

• Florida IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.

• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
