Job summary

Capital City Hospice in Central Ohio is seeking an LPN for hospice care. Flexible shifts include 3x12s, 5x8s or a mix, with rotating weekends and holidays. Earn $28-$34 per hour with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and active Ohio license.
• 3+ years nursing experience preferred (Hospice, Med/Surg, or Community Health a plus).
• CPR certification required and maintained.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement care plans based on nursing assessment and patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
• Document all care and updates accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person care.
• Monitor pain/symptom management and adjust care accordingly.

Your Role as an LPN

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
