DPS Home Health Agency Inc. is seeking caring, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.

About the Role

As a Home Health LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and the patient's physician. You will carry out treatments, monitor patient condition, assist with care plan implementation, and support patients and caregivers through education and hands-on care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

At least one year of nursing experience is preferred. Home health experience is an asset but is not required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Home health.
• Wound care.
• IV therapy.
• Chronic disease management.
• Tracheostomy care.
• Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care.
