Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care to patients in Salisbury, MD. You will work under direction of registered nurses and follow physicians' orders to deliver high-quality care.

Eligible candidates have a valid state LPN license, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive in all weather. Enhabit offers strong benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment.

• As a LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.

Compensation Range: $25/hour-$27/hour (salary based on years of experience)
