Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to patients in their homes under the direction of registered nurses. You will deliver nursing services in compliance with physicians’ orders and maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment.

Responsibilities

Compensation Range

$37.00-$40.00 per hour (based on years of experience)
