Job summary

Magnolia Wellness Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to residents following physician orders and facility standards.

You will administer medications and treatments, document changes, and assist with admissions, discharges, and care plans while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.
