Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our resident-focused team. We offer 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN, plus support for your professional growth.

You will provide high-quality nursing care according to care plans, assist with ADLs, document changes, and communicate with RNs and physicians to ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri (Required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.

Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Accurately document resident history, vitals, and any clinical changes.
• Communicate effectively with registered nurses (RNs), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing person-centered care
• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehab, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
