Job summary

Route One Adult Daycare & Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medical Day Care team on a part-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care and support participant health needs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will possess a current New Jersey LPN license and will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and responding to participant health concerns. We offer a supportive environment and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a current New Jersey LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities
