Job summary

Route One Adult Daycare & Wellness Center in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medical Day Care team on a part-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor health needs, and work with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes safe, respectful care, accurate medical record-keeping, and timely response to health concerns. A current NJ LPN license, CPR/BLS, and strong communication are required, with multilingual candidates

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
