Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Florence, AL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team on the 7p-7a full-time shift. The role administers medications, supports physicians and therapies, and monitors residents with compassion and clinical acumen.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid LPN license in Alabama.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of Nursing professionals. Job Responsibilities:

• Administers and records medications and treatments

• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals

• Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama

• CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
