Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the evening shift nursing team.

You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and document care while collaborating with physicians and families to ensure high-quality resident care. Evening shift offers additional differential pay and a base pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.

• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

As an LPN, you'll provide hands‑on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our nursing team to provide quality, compassionate care to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
