Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the night-shift nursing team. You will provide hands-on care, support CNAs, administer medications, and monitor residents throughout the night.

This full-time role offers a base pay of $25.00–$29.55 per hour with night shift differentials on weekdays and weekends, plus excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays | +$3.00/hour weekends
