Northern Riverview Healthcare Center - Haverstraw, NY

Northern Riverview is actively hiring LPNs for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Haverstraw, NY.

Position Details:

1. Flexible shifts with full-time and part-time openings.
2. Now hiring straight to the union.
3. $2,500 sign-on bonus.
4. Base rate $31.94 with a $1 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect required information from new residents for admission.
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds as necessary.
5. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs).
6. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

1. Valid LPN license.
2. In good standing with the State Registry.
3. Ability to work as part of a team.
