St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base rate is $38.00-$42.00 per hour (10% differential for 3-11 & 11-7 shifts).
• Now offering a $5,000 Sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

1. Collect required information from new Residents for admission.
2. Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
