Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC at Centers Health Care

Far Rockaway Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Far Rockaway, NY. The base rate is $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. We are also offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting required information from new Residents for admission.
• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Good standing with State Registry.
