Licensed Practical Nurses - LPNs

Compensation: Base rate $40/hour plus a 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Record health details of residents, including vital signs and temperature.
2. Administer medications and injections as needed.
3. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
4. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
5. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
6. Monitor residents' food and fluid intake/output.

Requirements:

1. Valid LPN license in good standing with the State Registry.
2. Ability to work well in a team environment.
