St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base rate: $38.00-$42.00 per hour (plus a 10% differential for 3-11 & 11-7 shifts)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities

1. Collecting required information from new Residents during admission
2. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
3. Administering medications and injections as needed
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
6. Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
7. Monitoring food and liquid intake and output of Residents

Requirements

• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
