Far Rockaway Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Far Rockaway, NY.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base rate is $31.94 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
• Now offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Responsibilities

1. Collect required information from new residents during admission.
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
6. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

1. Must be able to work as part of a team.
2. Valid LPN license in the state.
3. Good standing with the State Registry.
